DIY Need advice re Engine temps when running etc?

Hi just changed the header tank and did a coolant change (used the halfords comma xstream g48 50/50 mix), bled the system out using the 2 vents at the top.
I connected up my bluetooth obd2 and the stationary temps were between 92-96c when i took the car on a short run these temps did drop to high 80's/low 90's
Just wondered what they should be sitting at in general and what the thresh hold is before i need to panic

If i remember right the first fan cuts in at around 105 and the second fast speed fan at 112c, think mab has done a link to cooling issues solved have a look through that its quite intresting.

Cheers for the info I am going to hospital tomorrow it's a good half hour run there, then off to inlaws another 20 mins.
So after I get back home will bleed her, then check her again after wife has taken her to work and back Friday (good mix of B roads and a roads).
The crank sensor seal is being done Saturday so will prob do it again then as well.
Once again cheers for all the info and help.
