Stupid question I know...however are the mini brake lights a standard buy anywhere bulb? or do I have to take a drive to the stealership?

Oh and are squeaky seats a standard feature on the cooper>

i duno if my seats is squeaky, but occasinal i hear some noise fromn the seat, but most of the time during parking when i face my back and leaning on the back lumber support.
maybe its just the noise of that??

Yes, the MINI brake light (and turn signal) bulbs are a standard item you can get at any Halford's or similar.

Basically, they are the same style automotive bulbs that have been used the past 45 years or so. Have a look in your Owner's Manual for instructions on changing them out.
