Offline | What car cleaning product? Ok then..... Which is the best cleaner that can be purchased in the UK? AutoGlym -> Teflon -> Zymol -> ???? Too be honest i've always been a bit cheap on cleaning my car but now I've seen the light and i want a better cleaner and a good polish (the longer lasting showroom shine).I've got a cr@py all seasons polish...a bit pony leaves a narsty white powder (and kills the arches). I don't want this. All Cooped Up Keep on Motoring........ |

Offline | Just curious... Has anybody received the "special" MINI Zymol gift pack of cleaning products that could be ordered from their website for $29.95? It comes in a "color coordinated to your MINI" bag/case. I ordered mine weeks ago and have yet to receive it...to my knowledge...my better half might have intercepted it and wrapped it already for Xmas... ![]() |

Offline | I use a mix at the moment: Meguiars clear coat body scrub (www.meguiars.co.uk) Meguiars Natural Shine for the interior vinyl and exterior trims. Meguiars gold class leather cleaner stuff Zymol Wax (can't remember its proper name - its the green goo in a bottle from Halfords) couldn't afford the real stuff at present So far i'm impressed by both! but will wait till i'm running low before committing to one or the other! BTW Zaino stuff for the UK is available from http://www.viper-lifestyle.de/indexengl.html Dingdangdoo! |

Offline | Autoglym is really good across the range, apart from the screenwash, which I find leaves nasty streaks on the windows and paintwork MSCS, Black on Black, Cordoba, Chilli, MFSW, Visibilty, Chrono, Chrome In and Out, Chrome Caps. Woof! |

Offline | Griot's Garage I won a package of Griot's Garage car care products as a door prize at a car show about five years ago. That was enough to get me hooked. Their car wash is low suds and does a beautiful job, the Best of Show wax is gorgeous, the quick shine is perfect for shows. Their prices are on the high side, but it's the only thing I'll use on my classic cars. I just looked at their site -- http://www.griotsgarage.com -- and found that you can get international shipping. Like I said, their prices are steep. We have a running joke amongst my groups of friends that no one is allowed to buy a $200 chamois wringer. If anyone does, though, they'll have to shell out the extra $80 for the metal tray that you can attach underneath to catch the water. Amy ![]() |
