United-States Bleeder Valves

Can any1 tell me where the air bleeder valve or valves are for the coolant on my 2009 Mini hard top 1.6 non turbo?????? I looked after some great advice to do so because i dont think the mech i took it to did (i didnt look to hard but didnt see one). Even after new water pump and fluid that little cabin still wasnt as hot as it should be this morn at 0500. It was about 12 degrees this morn!

Yeah i also want to know ell about these valves.If anyone know about it so reply us fast.I am a mechanic by profession but this time my cousin,s car having some issue on this,so i can,t understand it well.Any one knows proper about these air bleeder valves.
