What mileage to change spark plugs

Hi guys, my 2004 Mini Cooper has just reached 60,000 miles. Ive changed all filters and oil.

Question is, at what mileage should the spark plugs be changed? Its only driven steady, not really after performance just reliability and good maintanance. I had done a search, but nothing what i was after!

Thanks in advance

I did mine @ 50'000, it's a 2009 hardtop non turbo, make sure you have a thin wall spark plug socket that is permanently joined with an extension as one. I got my socket ever so nicely stuck in the their trying to remove the 1st plug of the day. Off to the store after I cursed a lot and had lots of anger but convinced the socket to come out.

I did our 1.4 One at 78k - found the trick of using a length of fuel pipe to remove and re-insert the plugs a real advantage. Didn't notice any big difference in running but as the emissions were creeping up on the MOT I thought I'd do it as a general service.

MINI says to do them at 100K miles, but I do them after about 50K.

Yeah after the 100K mileage, you can change the spark plugs for its betterment.I also changed on the same mileage.I am a mechanic and know very well about it,because its of my interest.I recommend you to use the high quality spark plugs for your Mini.

My '06 Cooper has 85k on it, runs well, but I'm thinking of doing them just to keep everything fresh.
From the following list, which would be the best choice?

Denso
Bosch
Autolite
NGK

I was looking on Autopartsway.ca and the choices were dizzying......
