United-Kingdom Piano black scratches

Hi all firstly sorry if this has been asked before .
I have piano black door card inserts and dash, the dash is fine but the door card inserts are covered in. Very small scratches my question is can I remove them and what is the best thing to use
Only had car 3 weeks and already had the death rattle fixed so a cheap resolution would be nice !
