| Word up, dawg. I took my baby to a hand wash joint just before xmas, and the guy used what looked like a push broom to wash my car! Then I decided I would leave all of winter's grime alone, til time for spring cleaning. Better to be ugly temporarily than scratched up forever, was my thinking. But after a few weeks the caked-on salt really started to bother me. So yesterday in 33 degree weather (1 centigrade) I filled up the buckets with warm (OK, dcp, lukewarm!) water and did the job myself. The sparkle is well worth the neighbors thinking I'm crazy. Love it! (the shine, I mean) BRG/W MC -- Motoring since Oct 7 of 2002 |
