DIY Help! Mini won't start w gas light warning?

I own a 2008 Mini Cooper hardtop. I just had her at the dealership yesterday to get a break light that was out replaced. I got gas afterwards (premium) and drove it all day with errands and it stopped and started fine.

Today I got in and it won't start. Sometimes there is a clicking but other times just silence. A picture of what looks like a fuel container with a ! Pops up.
(See attached photo)
I checked to make sure my gas cap was closed and locked and it is.

I'm at a loss as to how to fix this?? Any help is hugely appreciated.

That warning light looks like a window to me.

The first thing that I'd want to eliminate is a flat battery. Are you sure that your battery isn't flat?

It is a window symbol correct, noting to do with gas or petrol even.
