02 MINI S tune up.

I just got my MINI a couple weeks ago and its running great so far and I want to keep it running great. I want to change the spark plugs in it just in case its been a while since I bought it used. Any recommendations on what plugs to use and what gap? The car has a couple mods: Alta Intake, Megan Racing headerback Exhaust, Alta 15% pulley and i bigger top mount intercooler. Also as I'm tuning it up...... What else should I look for? Fuel filter, Pvc valve... ect? Thanks for the advice.

Do you know when the brake fluid was last changed and when the coolant was last flushed?

Well I put new NGK bkr7's in it, new wires, new coil pack (old one had corrosion) and a new fuel filter (pita), pcv valve is still good, new castrol syntec...... She's running great. Now to the other stuff.

Well I'm doing the s/c maintenance now. Did the snout side but dreading doing the other side. I keep reading the front end has to come off. Guess I'll be doing it withing the next week or so.
