02 MINI S tune up.

I just got my MINI a couple weeks ago and its running great so far and I want to keep it running great. I want to change the spark plugs in it just in case its been a while since I bought it used. Any recommendations on what plugs to use and what gap? The car has a couple mods: Alta Intake, Megan Racing headerback Exhaust, Alta 15% pulley and i bigger top mount intercooler. Also as I'm tuning it up...... What else should I look for? Fuel filter, Pvc valve... ect? Thanks for the advice.

NGK BKR7EQUP plugs which come pre-gapped.

Do you know when the brake fluid was last changed and when the coolant was last flushed?
