| I've Got A Maintenance Ques. Hi, My MCS is on the way – due early November – and I was wondering if everything, specifically the oil changes, under the full maintenance program had to be performed by the dealer or if they can be done by yourself or a mechanic? Is your warranty voided if you choose another alternative? Thanks for your help! Matt |

| Technically they're all done at the dealer. However a lot of people feel that an oil change around the 3000 to 5000 mile mark is advisable to get rid of any contaminants leftover from the building process. If you do this, I highly recommend you use both a factory oil filter and oil. That way, if there's a problem they can't blame it on "non-original" parts. -- '03 S B/W |
