Yep, bought one the other day - £25. It think it's slightly cheaper to buy the cleaning products separately but then you don't get the bag. Oh, and they throw in some polishing cloths, which are always v. important.

Worth getting if you want the bag, otherwise buy the bottles separately.

No idea about the rubber mats.

Cheers

Got both sets of mats when I bought the car and have never used the carpet ones !!!!

The rubber ones clean so much easier and always look good.

I've just put my rubber mats in today. How do you go about cleaning them, just hoover or hose them down?

Shake debris off and yes, you can hose down. Last time I used some water with a small quantity of washing up liquid and a broom! Simply brush away, swill off with fresh water, shake a bit and leave to dry. Much better than carpet mats.

I wash the mats at the same time as the car - take mats out - shake debris off - dip wheel brush in wash bucket scrub mats - rinse and turn upside down on a fence or hedge - by the time you've finshed the car they are dry enough to put but in the car - easy!

The rubber mats are well worth buying imho.

Got my new MINI a couple of weeks back and, typically, the weather changed a few days after. Rather than get my nice new blue mats filthy I bought a pair of the rubber mats. Not bad for £25, fit nicely, look good so will leave them in over the winter.

I think I might get a set of the rubber mats, U.K. winter is on the horizon. Those of you with them : Do you find them o.k. under your driving feet or are they maybe a bit too chunky in their design as some have suggested?

Also, I'd really like to see a pic of the red mats too if anyone can assist.

thanks in advance,

Juno.

Yep they're fine under your feet, not too chunky, just looking a bit like a cake baking tray!!

I am going to the dealer tomorrow, he is ordering in some of these rubber mats in RED, he has Black in stock.

I will try the red in the car, maybe brass neck it and take a photo with it in my CR/W, although I may just buy the black as they can also be transferrable to my next mini (if I ever get one).

Also a bit concerned if the red fades, also not so sure if it wont just be a touch over the top, I already have red and brilliant silver on the inside.

At the dealership they also said these mats come in cordoba beige and grey. I wonder how the grey would look given that they may blend with the silver parts of the interior?

Will post pics tomorrow as promised (mind you provided dealer allows me to try them in the car to see how they look before I decide).

Also bought a mini key ring today, couldn't resist it, even if they do fall apart. £5.01 (probably the smallest purchase I have ever made at a BMW garage).
