winter check up at Sytner

Took my car in today for some warranty work. The service guy asked if I fancied having a winter check up. Being aware that this is BMW I was about to say no, but it was only £30. Quite a long check list of things they look at. Seems quite reasonable for £30?

Yes, but did they fix yer rattle from the dash? What was it please? My dash is rattling a wee bit now but only when I'm blasking warm air to try and thaw myself out in the morning.

I'm not sure yet, I only took it in this morning. I gave them a list of 4 or 5 things I wanted them to take a look at + the winter check up. I reckon I'll get the car back sometime tomorrow. I'll let you know. I'd be surprised if they get to the bottom of the dash rattle. If they were to drive around in the car chances are they wouldn't hear it. It usually only occurs when going down hill on rough roads. But when you hear it you know about it.
