How can you get dried wax off of the black trim?

I waxed my car before Christmas and I'm still trying to get the dried wax off that happened to rub onto the black trim.

It's has a white chalk like look to the black trim and no matter how much I was the trim the best I can do is use Mothers Back to Black which only solves the problem temporarily. The next wash it shows right back up.

Is there anything I can use or do to get rid of that wax that happened to rub onto the trim? I'm nervous to wax it again because of this.
