MINI plate coming off - MINI Cooper Forum

The engine plate which says "MINI" is starting to unglue itself. The simple solution is to attach it down, though I don't know what kind of "glue" to use.

But I think it'd be more fun to replace it. I have seen "BMW" applied, and you could just as easily use Chrysler (or Daimler!). I was also thinking about having a chrome or stainless steel plate and use my name.

Opinions?

I lost my underhood "emissions info" sticker a few months after delivery. The stickers atop the radiator are going away, too.

I lost my Mini plate and didn't even know it. When I went to put my short shifter in, and the plate fell out of the heat shield. I thought I had found some extra parts. It wasn't unitl after I was looking at some pictures of other peoples Minis I realized where the Mini plate went.

If I were to put it back on I would clean the areas goood with alcohol and use some silicone to glue it back on.
