Best Polish ?
Having a Yellow and Black its important that it looks good all the time.

At the moment I use Mer, but is there a better product out there, and whats the best way to use it?

Heard something about using a Polish that lets the paint breath not a silicone that seals the surface.

Any ideas please.

Try Meguiar's product it great for you paint!
Check this link! my car just like the 745i after i tyred Meguiar it looks GREAT! u will luv it...
