I ordered mine a month ago from Walmart, this is the pre-order link. I don't know if Walmart is still accepting orders, but the link is still active. I believe that Amazon is also taking pre-orders.

I preordered one from Bentley a couple months ago...as soon as I saw it offered. Now waiting patiently.
I have the TIS and ETK cd's, but they're not the same as the Bentley manuals that I've relied on heavily
with my previous car and wife's current and previous car.

well, $60 is sure less than BMW charges you per hour for their shafting you charges :P

Bentley are the DADDY of workshop manuals!

£60 is well worth it!

Makes Haynes look like......well...... .....a Haynes Manual (i.e. Complete rubbish)
