Help!!! Streaks on my hood!!

Today was my first time using Zaino. I applied the Z2 with the ZFX mixed in, let it dry and removed it. I then used the Z6 and then applied another coat of Z2. After reading Zaino's website, I think I applied the Z6 incorrectly and it left streaks, of all places, on my hood! The website does not tell you how to get rid of the streaks from incorrectly applied Z6. Should I just apply another coat of Z6 and do it correctly this time? The streaks need to go!!! Thanks.

Z6 is just a gloss enhancer, so it should be applied after you are done waxing, or in need of a quick cleanup instead of washing the whole car. I think the clue is here from Zaino's website:

Do not let Z-6™ Ultra Clean dry on car. If Z-6™ drys by itself just reapply Z-6™ to affected area and rebuff until completely dry, then get the sunglasses out!

So see if more Z6 takes it out, however you may have covered it with the Z2. In any case, wash it with dishwashing detergent/dawn and it will remove everything, then re-zaino it.

You'll find that Z1 & Z2 is plenty, I dont think the ZFX is really needed, and Z6 should just be used say, before a show when it needs to be slightly cleaned from the ride over.

Well one uses either Z1 or ZFX, so he probably only bought ZFX. And using ZFX saves a lot of drying/curing time, so I would disagree that it's not really needed.

Yes, I did only buy the ZFX. I had emailed Zaino and they quickly responded and said to wash it and it should be ok. I washed it today and it and I don't notice it now. The next step would have been what jwardell suggested and I really didn't want to start all over! btw, I am a she, not a he.

Glad it worked, and welcome to the wonders of Zaino.
