Dead bugs

I have a bunch of dead bugs on the front of my bonnet following the summer's driving. What products should I use to remove them?

Also, I've applied a few coats of wax before and I've had the car about 5 months. Is it time to remove the old wax and apply new?

Cheers.

The bugs..

..will be removed with Turtle "Insect remover" (hope that is the correct name). I have not useed it yet but read about many very positive users so it should be a good product!
