Belgium REMOVING white WAX stains from plastic

i waxed my car with a synthetic wax , it looked perfect, but after a week and after few days of rain and bad weather, there suddenly appeared white stains on the black plastic wheel arches of my car.....

and they do not go away with water, they do not rinse off at all, what should i do for removing these inconsistent ugly stains....

Probably one of u guys has the solution for this , cause not everybody can clean "between the lines" ??

thx

Some white spirit on a toothbrush should do it, but I'd mask off the paintwork before starting.

303 Aerospace Protectant Spray, believe me the only thing that really works and lasts, i've tried all the other's. Including peanut butter, i'll post you my tub if you really want to try it, it works but its messy.

Peanut butter works wonders but is messy. Rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush works as well, but takes a little more effort. Follow up with 303 Aerospace Protectant for perfect trim

I use the 3M Wax and Grease Remover that you can find at any car paint store. It works wonders on any plastic, just don't use it on painted areas.
