steering to the left- tried everything!!

Hi everyone, can I get some asistance on this one too.
i have a 2nd hand 02 cooper that steers to the left,
I was told that it needs an alignment, did it and still pulled to the left, then as the tyres had done 35000km and were never rotated so were unevenly worn , i was told that would fix the problem, still pulled to the left with new tyres
Then the mechanic and i got under the car and it appeared that the front left wheel had been hit in the kerb by the previous owner and hence appears to be 1/2 " further back than the right wheel/ looking under the car. it appears that where the trailing arm of the wishbone comes in contact wi the chassis (about 1-2 inwards feet from the edge of the car) the is a crack in the bushing (probly located underneath the drivers feet). Does anyone know what the part number is for the and if its a hard job to replace. i was told that by replacing that bushing the wheels will be in line again.

My last car had started pulling to the left and the control arm was replaced and it runs perfect now (my niece now drives it).
