I have to keep my Mini Cooper S in a parking lot away from my house so I was thinking bout getting a car cover for it. Any good reccomendations?

The official MINI out door cover is good, but not cheap. I used to use a Tyvek cover, but it seemed to leave some marks on the paint in high winds, so I stopped.

There are plenty of good car covers out there, I found mine by doing a Google search.

I use a "Noah" brand cover made with 3M material that's breatheable, or gas permeable. The good covers must allow an air exchange through the material in order to prevent moisture from forming on the car's surface. Your cover also must be custom made for the exact model of car, since a loose-fitting cover will flap in windy conditions and mar your paint job.

I've used the Noah covers on two cars, it's fantastic. Even in a downpour, the car remains dry.

Good ones cost from $150 and up. Some are really expensive. I'd stay with a reputable manufacturer.

good luck!

I checked out the Noah and ended up ordering one... They look great... I got it from Car Cover World... Those guys have seriously great customer service... If their products match their friendly and quick service, I'll have found a company that I will use and reccomend for life.

I'll let you know how I like the cover when I get it tommorrow!

Thanks again!
