My backend is still filthy

Having cleaned the back end of my PW MCS, I've been left with a covering of tiny dirt marks. I think they're a mixture of road tar and other such sticky stuff - technical me

I've been using Meguiars shampoo and NXT wax, but these little blighters just won't move. Not sure what I need to rid myself of them tenacious beggars. Should I use something like Meguiars Bug and Tar Remover or 'Quik Clay' ? Or is there some other super dirt shifter I need?

Thanks

If they're tar spots, then claying or polishing will get rid of them. Wax is only a coating that you apply after you've 'polished' the paint to protect it. It's not a cleaner itself, although there are cleaner waxes like Zymol which do both jobs at the same time.

Also, a really small amount of petrol on a soft cloth will shift tar spots. Obviously wash the section of the car off once you've done that and give it a coat of wax.
