Dark Silver help for the lazy

I am lazy when it comes to washing my cars. What would you recommend as the bare minimal maitainence products I should invest in.

A good soap made for cars, like Meguiars.
I simple synthetic wax. I use Liquid Glass but there are others.
More motivation to take care of your nice little car

Mr. Clean auto-dry system.
Cheap, works well and quick to use.

I wouldn't call that Mr. Clean system cheap... with all the replacement filters and special soap... yikes! Although I will agree that it is easy once you get the hang of it...
