| Meguiars.
Today I finally tried my Meguiars clay bar and NXT wax. The clay did not do very much on my car really, but the wax was very nice to work with and gave a nice shine. It will be interesting to see for how long it will protect my car before I have to do it again. After cleaning the car I noticed that maybe I should have polished the car after claying and then wax it, but I did not have the time so I went straight to vaxing after claying it. One thing I noticed compared to my "old" wax from Sonax was that NXT does not clean the paint very much like Sonax did so the paint should be very clean and smooth before you use it. Next time I will polish first and then wax it. Summary: the claybar was no big hit on my car but probably cleaned it to some extent. NXT wax worked vg and I will continue to use it, it also hardly left any stains on plastic parts, easy to remove! |
