Wondered if you can help, ive just bought my first MCS 2003 52plate, beautiful thing.
Ive noticed tho that under load 3k onwards there is a rattle ( research calls it the sewing machine ?) and sometimes the belt slips and squeals...and i cant here the whine of the charger.
Im thinking that the supercharger belt is on its last legs? and perhaps the tensioner?

i was wanting to upgrade to a 17% pulley so wondered what your thoughts were.

I was wondering if you offer a conversion for a mini one.
I have a 2002 mini one with cooper s styling and exhaust but want a cooper s engine fitting. I know a few people who have done it and they recomend you guys, i would like it doing. Is this something you could do. I'm aware you need the engine, box, engine loom, ecu, drive shafts, and few other bits.
I would offer my 65000 mile mini one engine as part ex.
If you would offer this service what would you charge?
