Sorry I haven't replyied earlier. To be honest I looked at both Thule and MINI roof bars, but I couldn't find any reference to Thule doing a set for the Clubman at the time, just Hatches. With the raised humps either side of the roof I wasn't sure hatch ones would fit. So I went with MINI for those reasons really. I believe that the Thule bars don't need any cutting of gutters etc. But can't confirm this. The MINI ones are good, take a while to fit first time, but after that are pretty quick. The Clubman looks pretty smart with them on too.

I hope you dont mind me asking, but I noticed that you knew quite a bit about mini roof bars inc clubman roof bars. I am about to purchase either the OEM or Thule bars. Which would you go for and why.
Any help appreciated, just dropped a deposit on a clubman and now trying to get the right accessories.
