hey how you doing read what you wrote about the clutch problem on mini coopers and the TSB SI M21 04 08. i called mini and they basically said i'am sh*t out of look. which i think is unacceptable. i read that you had them replace it for free, but doing a customer complaint. how did you go by doing that, cause i would love to get it done for free, and not have to pay all the money they are asking to fix, when they know that it is a common problem. i have a 03MCS with 54,000, and i would really like to get rid of that noise, if you can help me out and maybe tell me what you told them that would be great. i live in new mexico, and you can email me at garciacharles81@hotmail.com, or evern give me a call 575-749-7172. i really want to get this issue resolved. thank you again.
