Prescient to say the least.
I drove home in 10 hours of non-stop rain today.
It SUCKED.
I'm beat but it was worth the trip. Even the trip back.

yah, not fun. Other pics I saw looked awesome...haven't seen the MINI midnight salute yet tho' (lights on, hoods/bonnets up).

Driving through the rain yesterday had good and bad points. The good thing is that all the enforcement was someplace warm and dry.

I'll be posting more pics later today.

Well, here you are.

While the first row of MINIs is already in position, many, many more still arrive until the big gravel lot was filled.

With all light blazing it was an amazing sight to see. Plus several people had added all kinds of additional lighting to their MINIs.

Have to add that it was nice seeing some familiar faces and really nice to see George after a few years and finally meet Chris aka Smokey.

Well run event and a nice thanks to Mark Ferguson for all the work he put into it.
