We purchased ours from MINI of Morristown. Our salesman Brian was GREAT! It's the salesmanager that we have a problem with. We got the MCS JCW on 9/22, and the next day (less than 24 hrs) it would not start. Had the Roadside assistance pick-up rdnzl, and the dealer sent me a loaner at work, but the towtrunk driver damaged one of my rims CHAINING down the MINI! I had to wait two days to get the MINI back, but it was a weekend, and when I noticed the rim, I asked that it be replaced ASAP, and the salesmanagers like well it wasn't my fault, so why should I pay over 500 dollars to replace it. So I had to file a complaint with MINI roadside assistance, and the end result, after MUCH aggravation, is that they will replace the rim, 10/14/06 and it costs the dealer LESS than 200 bucks!!!
Had the dealer replaced my rim almost a month ago, he would have had a very satisfied customer. Now I'm sad to say that I would not recommend MINI of Morristown for a sale. Service, YES!
The bottom line, ED lost a customer, or two because he didn't do the right thing for less than 200 bucks, that he would have got back from MINI anyway!

The MINI is great though!!!! Had to vent, thanks for the ears!

Let's get some NJ MINI's out for a tour or something!

Mr. Jim

The nightmare rides are back...........

It is the worst experience of shopping for something at this price!
The happiness of paying a thing for $25K should have been super awesome! SHE KILLED IT. THANK YOU.
