Early Morning Motoring

Might be too late notice for tomorrow (tried to post yesterday but it didn't work) ....

How about meeting at Thorton Gap about 0600 for an early morning drive on Skyline and then breakfast?

Perhaps two weeks from now on Saturday morning?

Yeah, the 11th. I realize skyline actually costs money, but we can still meet in the Thorton Gap parking on the west side and head off to another route. Skyline is actually cool to drive in a Mini if you get there early before all the tourists. (or late on a real foggy night. MINI fogs are awesome ... 36 mph is a good speed in full fog.)

can't drive too fast on that road, between deer and tourists...but I bet it'll be pretty indeed!

are you going to find out the rate per car, where for breakfast etc???

sounds like fun!

Hmmm ... rate per car for SNP is $10 -- good for 1-7 days. If you go more, a year-long pass is $20 (that's what I'm getting as I've already done one of the week-long passes this year).

For breakfast ... ummm ... let me get back to you.
