I am interested in participating in the Car Show, the Autocross and the Dyno Run. Is the Dyno Run still planned? Since this is a two day event, what activities are planed for each of the two days?

A little off-topic, but where did the k come from in OcktCOOPER? There's no k in October. Seriously though, I really want to go to this, just have to check my schedule.

The registration form has been posted on our clulb site at clubs.hemmings.com/miniownersofnj. Directions can be found on the wesite for the Somerset Patriots (Commerce Ballpark) in Bridgewater, NJ. PLEASE PRE-REGISTER. We cannot guarantee you admission to anything if you are not pre-registered. Also, we only had two people inquire about the dyno - so far it doesn't look like it will not happen this year. Maybe next year as the event grows in size.

This site is NOT being monitored for responses so if you have questions please address them to OcktCOOPERfest@aol.com. That address is monitored daily.

By the way, in Germany, it does have a 'k' in it - and besides, a little creativity never hurt anyone, right?

Event Itinerary:Event Itinerary:

Saturday: Tech Inspection begins at 8:30AM If you have not pre-registered -plan to be there even earlier and hope there are still slots left.

Sunday: Car Show lot at hotel opens at 9AM. Judging starts at 10am. Only show cars will be allowed to park at the hotel. Again, if you have not pre-registered, plan to be there earlier and DO NOT BLOCK TRAFFIC!!

Questions: When does the Autocross begin on Saturday?
What else is planned for each of the two days? There is a car show on Sunday.

Most important, where is the hotel and how do we get there?

I can't help you with the autocross because I'm not attending and I've never been to Patriot's Ballpark.

However, the car show on Sunday is at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bridgewater. The address is 500 Promenade Ave. It's exit 13 off Rt. 287. Promenade Ave is very close to the ramps for 287 on the west side. If you need better directions I'd suggest www.mapquest.com or a similar program. I'm not the best at giving detailed directions.

Don't feel bad, I'm in the car show and I never received any kind of directions or instructions. Had to find them for myself.
