I’m really beginning that the ideal MINI owner’s life involves driving and eating at the same time….boy, we do love to drive; boy, we love to eat….

Since I have yet to figure out how we can have our Annual Meeting inside of our MINIs, we’ll have to do it in an eating establishment. Here are the details I eluded to on Sunday.

Sunday, March 21st at 2pm

Jen I'm sorry....I didn't want to do it on Sunday...but it was half the price on Sunday over Saturday.

Since MP thinks my current price is too high...can you imagine what she'd do it I told her it was going to be $40 per person??? We would be moving this to IKEA. Wouldn't that be funny?

what we'all need to do, is take a drive out to theback roads of annapolis, kent island, easton, then swing back for dinner-lunch at acme-bar and grill/cantlers...........then I can show you all the fun short cuts around the Bay Bridge Beach Traffic......

As soon as I go on one of your outings, and get a feel for the twists and turns you'all normally drive......I believe I will.........I must admit, the only way I am getting through waiting for my mini right now is to drive around and find roads with that little extra something. so far:

1. meet up in the home depot/loews/pier one megaplex that is bowie
2. take governers bridge road to "some road I can't remember the name of" (unfortuneately, i drove this road lately and people have been dumping garbage )
3. take a left on to "SRICRTNO" to "some other road I cant remember the name of"
4. take a left, enjoy the huge cedars as they go flying by, then take another left onto "ditto the above named road"
5. cross 450(amounts to a very quick left/right), up the hill on some road, take a left, head back to crofton, then loop back on 450, then back up the hill on the same some road but take a right at the T.
6. Hit crownsville road, take left, then first right onto a short little diddy.
7. take general's highway (a right) to bestgate(a left), by the mall.
8. bestgate turns into rowe, into the heart of annapolis, get a mini circle going, amuse the annapolitains.
9. head towards the Naval academy through a bunch of annoying little lefts, take the Navy bridge over the severn.
10. take a right onto "another some road with a name I can not remember" and head towards Cantlers(Crab Cakes for everyone)
11. back track from cantlers and head towards the bridge via the ultra secret local only back roads. go across bridge pay toll(2.50 for those non-regulars)
12. take first exit, then take a left right combo towards stevensville................
13. follow the road all the way to the Factory Outlets.........turn back on 50......well until I find some more roads over here.........wouldnt mind going out in the Wye Oak area, but its a bit of a haul.

yeah, now that i have written all this out...............there are a lot of stop signs and stop lights...........hmmmm..........might have to rework this one.

Great route there Grumbler, I can taste the crab cakes at Cantlers already. Just great, it has been a real long time since I have eaten there. Let's shoot for June or July.

We tried that route but after driving around for 3 hours looking for "some road with a name I can not remember," we got frustrated and went home! Heck, I didn't even see any street signs big enough to fit "some road with a name I can not remember" on it!!!

ok, i included a map........sort of, by the time I got the 650x1000 size right, it sort of became unreadable.........by folks without a Maryland converter key...........hmmm, suppose I need to put this up on a website somewhere........till then.......
