| MEMBERS ONLY: DC Metro MINIs Annual Meeting Dear Members of dcmetrominis: This message is to announce the first annual business meeting of the dcmetrominis club. The time and place will be: When: Saturday May 8, 2004 2:00 PM Where: That’s Amore restaurant in Sterling Virginia. (It is in the Target Shopping Center on Cascades Parkway) 46300 Potomac Run Plaza, #130 Sterling, VA 20164 Tel: 703/406-4900 There will be an family style Italian lunch served and the cost will be $23 per person. We need to provide a head count 3 days prior to the meeting so please RSVP by responding to this e-mail. Please indicate how many will attend. A complete agenda will be sent prior to the meeting but here are a few of the items that will be presented/discussed: Financial report The year in review Committees Looking ahead Board elections Please remember to RSVP!!! | Only paid members in good standing as of the end of the day Friday may attend the meeting. Any paid members may attend. There is a board position open - Vice President I think. I believe they will be talking about and forming committees at this meeting. |
