Calling all MD, VA and DC (USA) mini owners

I am a recently new owner of a 2004 Pure Silver CVT Cooper and am looking for more people in my area to share my mini obsession with. I am wondering if anyone in the MD, VA and DC or further if you wanna motor in would like to get together. Maybe we come to just show off our awesome little machines or show off our custom work. I would also like if maybe we could help each other out. Such as with wheel install, intake, exhaust, etc.

Anyone with ideas or people in the area please post.

Thank you, I have been looking for a local mini club.

But I am still looking for a cheap way for folks to just get together for the fun of it. No need for an official club with membership fees. Just people with a love of the car and time to spend with others.

I've been looking for something like this on weekends. I usually end up around Mansass with all the other ricers hanging out, but I'm the only other Mini their. :P

You do not have to join the club to participate in our events. We use the Yahoo board you can link to from the dcmetrominis.org site to post events and gatherings. And, we do sometimes just get together informally to drive. You should think about joining our run on the 14th to check out what we do.
