Our Annual Meeting will be Sunday April 17th. This will be a members only event.
It is important that you come out to the meeting as the Board member positions will be voted on by the membership during the meeting. This is also our main planning session for the year. Do you have ideas about what you want this club to be, to do? Then you NEED to come out and make them know.
We'll kick off the day with a Scavenger Hunt and end it for lunch and the meeting will be at the House of Dynasty at 7550 Telegraph Road in Alexandria. Lunch will be from a special menu and should not be more than $10 per person plus tax and gratuity. The only charge of the day will be for lunch.
Meet at 9:00 am on the top deck of the Macy's parking garage at Springfield Mall. (In case of rain, we will meet one level down.) Directions to the mall are here:

Teams will depart the parking lot at timed intervals starting at 9:30 am.
Each team will have have two and one half hours to complete the hunt.

Bring: A teammate if you can. If you don't have one, please let me know when you RSVP and we will try to match up singles to form teams. Also bring - FRS radio, water/snacks for the car, a digital camera/Polariod camera or camera phone (big MUST to get all the scavenger hunt clues!), money for lunch, your DCMM nametag, a pen or pencil for note taking during the hunt, paper if you want to take notes during the meeting, your ideas for the club for the next calendar year
Lunch/Meeting: 12:15 pm. House of Dynasty at 7550 Telegraph Road in Alexandria. The scavenger hunt ends at this location.

events@dcmetrominis.org. If you cannot make the scavenger hunt, please RSVP for the meeting only and meet us at House of Dynasty for lunch. It is very important that all members come out to the annual meeting.
