Offline | Anybody bought from Otto's? Has anybody bought a Mini from Otto's (rt. 202- Chadds Ford PA). I live 5 minutes from the dealer, and it looks like well be ordering an automatic S (for the mom). I was just wondering if anybody would suggest going to Don Rosen instead. Thanks in advance |

Offline  | I have and they were fantastic. Even post sale they have been fantastic. I ordered from Joe M and he is very knowledgable and is quite the car enthusiast to boot. If I were ever to get another BMW or MINI.. I would have no worries ordering from Ottos. Offline |  Joe was also my MA, and he was very good. My experience at Otto's was top shelf - they are friendly, and helpful. The service department is wonderful  My family has two MINIs from Otto's and would go back without any hesitation  |

Offline |  My wife purchased her Mini from Otto's. I purchased my MCS from Mini of the Main Line (Don Rosen). Both were great to deal with. Service at both dealers is top notch. Otto's has a larger, much more modern dealership and service department. Much more comfortable environment should you have to wait for your Mini to be serviced. |
