We are in Kansas City, Missouri, and would love to participate in any events in our area. We picked up our MCS two days ago (5/23/03) and are loving it. We will post pics once they are developed.

I must be getting really old...no more worrying about the sitter issue anymore since our baby is 17.

Maybe you have already found the KCME (kansas city mini enthusiasts) but if you have not check out

the club meets about once a month right now to do something in our mini's and have fun.

Hey everyone,

There's a local club in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area called MINI-sota Motoring Society. We try to have a couple events a month. On the 20th we got to see the Italian Job and met Marky Mark's stunt double and then two days later saw him do some stunt driving in the mall parking lot!

We have done a couple caravan type drives with MINIs from around the area. For June I am working on planning a "scavenger hunt" and dinner for the group. If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll keep this board updated as I get closer to finalizing things so that maybe some of you could join us.

I'm sorry to mislead you, but there is no official email list. MiniYoda, your forum moderator, has a Yahoo group, but I'm not sure what areas it covers.

The roll call threads are just so people who want to start a group in their area will have a list of names.

As of July 24th, I will be living around Columbus, Ohio. We are actually looking at land in the country by the Deer Creek State park area. We are relocating from South Carolina.
