I have arranged an opening day (2005) gathering of Mini's (new and old!) to participate in a very festive launch of the park and this new ride!
THIS IS BREAKING NEWS AND THERE ARE MORE EXITING THINGS TO COME.
THERE WILL BE A SIGN-UP AND ENTRANCE TO THE PARK ARAINGEMENTS MADE. DATES HAVE NOT BEEN SET YET, BUT KEEP CHECKING BACK TO THIS THREAD FOR MORE BREAKING INFO.

Question, will Cooper Oweners/Drivers get to "Test it" before the general public because opening day will be pretty hard to get into that new ride. Perhaps if we had a sign up sheet we might pursuade the park to let us test it before the park officaly opens or something.
That is correct. There will be a signup sheet for this. Not quite to that point yet. I will be speaking with them again within the next few weeks about a rough date and special package involving us doing this with them. This will all be unfolding over the winter. But I do want to know the date first and formost.
Yes I would love have everyone gather again before the show like we did last year.

Do you know if we could gather up many people? I posted something a long time ago about it, but would love to meet everyone before at Youngs. I will just say, I'll be there at 11am to grab some lunch. I have the front area in front of the "mini" golf course blocked off for us. Then we can all motor on over together.
Could you send me the info on dates and costs? I would love to come down from Maine to catch one of the first rides. Plus its always a good time when you get a whole lot of MINI owners togeather.
Everytime I sit in my MINI it brings a smile to my face.
