| The Wilds OK, I confess to being a giraffe freak. I collect them (not the real ones, duh) and I have a small 'giraffe room'. I'd like to take a trip this summer from NH to Ohio to The Wilds as I've heard their giraffe herd is very impressive. Anyone out there been to The Wilds or have any prelim. information I can use? Thanks BTW, www.minisontop.com awaits midwesterners. We have some regulars from the heartland but another few Repub.....ooops sorry, just come on. It's a bi-partisan hoot! | No offense but how can anything in Ohio be in the middle of nowhere. Now if it were ND or TX, maybe. I've seen the website. Just looking for someone who's been there. Thanks anyway. Lawdy, Lawdy, the Cross I bear. |

John, you oughta stay in your own region. It's safer for you, and less disturbing to the others. That said, whaddya say we meet up either at Southwicks or Providence? At Southwicks you can usually feed the giraffes. They like carrots. I'll have to find the pic of Em from about a hundred years ago or so.

You think us MA guys are cryptic? What about you MAMA people. Double the confusion I tell you. And you're double spacing again. Get back on your meds. Southwicks is a zoo. Small one, excellent for young kids. Therefore, I think you'll enjoy it. I'll meet you there. Tell me when. Close to Max too. Or maybe not. http://tinyurl.com/c7ms3

Hi, Jeff, Seeing as how we have this whole thread to ourselves and, for all I know, the whole MidWest region...........how are you? How are Janice and the kids? What are the plans for Memorial Day weekend? There is a Southwick, MA - right below Westfield, my old home. The only thing of note there is, as you know, Mrs. Murphy's Doughnuts. Now that's close to Max. 2 weekends ago, whilst in da Bronx, her holiness proclaimed a desire to go to the zoo there someday soon. That may be in the cards. Spaces are good, they let the neutrinos roam. BTW, I once spent a summer in Fairborn, OH with family connected to Wright-Patterson AFB and I know a guy in Cincinnati. Max has a girlfriend in Cincinnati. I've eaten at Carlucci's in Chicago. I like the Cubs more than the White Sox (or the Red Sox, for that matter). What else do we know about America's heartland? No need to PM me...just use this thread. Lawdy, Lawdy, the Cross I bear.

Who invited Rakey? And do we really need a Global Moderator just yet? They seem to do more......ahh......never mind. John, go here: http://www.southwickszoo.com/ Again, it's a little zoo but the big tortoises remind me of you. NE Regionals, infecting the USA. Won't be long now. OT&B for everybody.

On my way, just to see Mazey, the baby giraffe! But Jeff, we've been found out just like that time when you were visiting what's her name and hubby came home early. Lawdy, Lawdy, the Cross I bear.
