Come out and drive your car the way it was meant to be driven. Test your limits and your car in the safe, controlled environment of a race track and acquire skills that will provide safer vehicle operation in all driving situations.

We call it 'Driver Education' - it's probably the most fun you will have with your car. Heck, it might be the most fun you can have with your pants on.

Our Driver Education events are casual and first-timers are welcomed! You will only go as fast as you are comfortable with.

Each run group will get plenty of track time! Each group will get four 20-minute sessions, run approximately on the half-hour. There are also two 20-minute instructor sessions, and we would encourage you to ride along with an instructor and pick up a few new tricks, regardless of your skill level!

The cost is $160 for this single-day event.

Convertibles with roll bars are allowed! We are working with the insurance folks to allow un-rollbarred convertibles. Keep checking back for updates!

Is this for Mini's only? I have a group of Trackaddicts that are always interested in open lapping days. Checkout the site and let them know I refered you. I noticed this a little late, so I don't know that I will be able to attend, but I'd love to pass it along to some others and would like to keep in touch about other trackdays this year.

It's not for MINIs only but there are a bunch going.
There is a pretty wide variety of cars going! A bunch of the usual 911s, Corvettes, M3s, some VW IT cars, MINIs, a surprising number of BMW M Coupes, some Mustangs, some Lotus Super Seven type cars; looks like this is going to be a blast!

Is there another web site organizing such events for the future? That's what Trackaddicts.net is for. So far, the furthest travel we've done is about 6 hours away from Columbus, OH to Gingerman Raceway in MI, but a few of us would prolly be willing to drive a bit further than that still.
