Any speculation on engine options for the Traveller? I would be in line for a supercharged sport version which I would assume will be offered, or at least I hope it will.

there are shots a MCS traveller in this weeks AutoExpress, and they are of a test mule rather than a photshopped image

Good news re the S variant - that's what I wanted (and have a deposit on) - a Traveller S...I wonder if Mini can do an Alpina and let you have whatever finish you like...then you could ask for ash pillars and surrounds - would look erm interesting...

We said ages ago there would be an S version, and that it would have twin rear exhausts "split" (either side rather than dual centre) as one of it's features, as in the concept we've all seen now.

If wooden finish wasn't offered from MINI would hope to see someone aftermarket doing a good job of it, as it is what I would expect and want on a Traveller

Right now I say no, from the looks. I'd love to have it as the family hauler but I'll have to see what the final production model looks like first. The purple wheeled monster in Detroit and black hearse test mule don't do anything for me right now.

Instead of wood on the sides I would like to see something a little more modern, some sort of a two tone like the original concept showed ala smart cars. Now for the next guess...how much more will a Traveller S cost than a MCS? And how soon can they get it out...I want it now.
