Is there anyone else out there interested in the traveller concept? Any ideas when it's "proposed" release date is? 2009?

My dealer says the Traveller will be a 2008 model (so maybe launched late 2007), and that's why the new model Cabrio is being pushed back to 2009

As far as I was aware it was Traveller next year (towards end of) Convertible year after (towards end of).

Is it true the extra door is on the right side of the car? Will they swap it to the left for right hand drive markets? If not (and I doubt they will) having the kids get into the car with traffic whizzing by will be a major safety black mark against the car... and not one I'm sure I could overlook.

Hmmm.... I am tempted to place an order for one of these things and see what happens. I doubt it will get to Aus until mid 2008.
