Offline | Thanks Paul... so three would be our default, but you can tick the option for two? Must be a tight squeeze for three, especially as the car is no wider than standard? ![]() |

Offline | Yep, three is standard in the UK, so you can chose two instead. The "third seat" doesn't look very comfortable or really a "full" seat. If you really need to seat three, then gopher it, otherwise I reckon two in comfort would be better. |

Offline | Two or Three... or None? So if you opt for the 2 (or 3) rear seats, are they removable later with not too much trouble? I'd like to have 'em, but I don't carry more than one other body all that often & the space would be better used if the seats could come out for storage. I've heard something recently about the price here (U.S.) being more in line with the other models. I may consider trading my R56 up for a Clubman once they appear over here. ![]() The R53 I sold didn't bring what I'd hoped it would after US 133,000 miles, but then I calculated out the depreciation over 4-1/2 years was about $.11 per mile, which isn't too bad after all. Keeping any vehicle that long isn't conducive to making anything when it comes time to move on to something new. ![]() |

Offline | Paul, actually the reason for only a two seat option in the US is the US National obesity epidemic - in other words there is no way three american scould fit their fat arses into the rear seats... If you know how many MINIs you have you don't have enough ... |

Online | Does anyone know when Mini dealers will actually start doing stuff ? The treatment I received at the R56 launch was very poor and am going to treat this as a last chance with Mini. I am not going chasing after them I have registered interest at an early stage and wonder how long I should reasonably expected to wait before they start promoting the Clubman. |

| Mini Madness | Not happy..... Despite assurances of a launch delivery when we placed the order (having changed from another dealer!) our dealer now tells us that our PW/B Dooper Clubman will not arrive at the dealer until a week before Christmas!!!! We are not amused, anyone know of any UK dealers with early Clubman build slots available?? C&H ![]() 2007 Clubman Cooper D ~ 2004 Cooper S JCW |

Offline | Delivery dates.... Hi all, I've also just been informed that the delivery of my Clubman Cooper D has been put back about month to first few weeks in Dec instead of Nov. Something to do with the amount of demand the diesel variant, apparently if you order now a lot of dealers are quoting March 08 delivery for the Clubman Cooper D ???? |

Offline | Hi Chris, Have a word with Richard at D!ck Lovett in Hungerford (01488 682772) - mention my name - he keeps a pretty sharp eye on build slots for his customers. |
