Offline | I have been popping in hopefully quite often and saw the tick box marked Clubman much excitement ensued may have to go for a lie down now. ![]() Is it me though or is there a chunk of the front end blacked out on the pictures? Going to have to add clubman to the spell checker too. ![]() |

Offline | You can spec two rear seats as an option instead of three I noticed the third headrest is also in there, Think the front goes when you add a package because they add chrome line exterior must add some sparkle to the front and that image is missing perhaps, its the fogs isn't it? |

Offline | Ok - how many people are clogging this site at the mo? Its interesting that you cant get the white roof/mirrors with the body colours (other than pepper white..) I'm not sure why I am looking at this as my ordered MCS is due to arrive in the next week or so.. I guess I have fallen to the epidemic of the MINI bug I wonder how long it will take till we see Clubmans running around Aus? |

Online | Suprised that if you order a body coloured roof, the rear pillars still default to silver or black, you can't have them in body colour at all, which I think will look odd with a body colour roof. Also, with the Hot Chocolate Leather lounge, you get cream colour line and piano black trim thrown in as standard (what a fantastic combination! Bit like mine )No Mellow Yellow MCS Clubman either! Shame... |

Offline | Was given a copy of Top Gear this week and there is a good interview with Gert Hildebrand a couple of good points caught my eye. The doors are designed to be within the law as the lights must remain in the same place when the doors open. The hole in the door allows this and allows a wider opening than having them on an outer pillar. It also brings parity with the bonnet wich also has holes in it too although I realised that last bit they used BS to describe this. The Silver pillars are a nod to the Traveller but more the Morris Minor version whose wood was functional unlike the Minis stick on timber. The silver plastic is a modern equivelant of wood frame. Notably the article ended with the line when pictures of the Clubman arrived we all got excited. When pictures of the New Mini (R56) arrived we didnt. |

Offline | Oh dear! I've just spent a few minutes speccin' a Clubman. Looks like it would come in at over 18K - for a MINI? What with the stupid suicide door on the wrong side and some of the colour options, I'm seriously looking at other options now. morrisminiminor ![]() |
