I remember that there were supposed to be 12 colors for the Clubman and one of them is Mellow Yellow. I am wondering why none of the Mini Configurators for any of the countries so far has yellow as an option. Will it be offered in the U.S.? Thanks for any info you can provide.

you have to configure a Clubman Cooper not an S. Why you cannot get a S version in yellow is beyond me. Seems like a natural.

Someone would have to put a few more vertical stripes down the side for that true yellowyacket look!

Thank you so much for your answer. I had finally settled on the Mellow Yellow Clubman S and now I have to rethink it again. I like the Laser Blue with black stripes. My husband likes the Chocolate, but I really thought a brighter color would be more visible in the Arizona world of huge trucks and SUVS. Having a couple of those I know small cars can be hard to see. I'd hate to end up squashed like a bug. I still have a couple of months to figure it all out, so I'm looking at all the photos I can find of others' Minis. I had planned on using the Clubman for my Greyhounds and thought the yellow with some black and white checkering would give it the proper Hound Taxi look. Ces't la vie.

The old clubby's came with the wood work. I think the new one could retro back using carbon fibre trim in the same way!
