Our DS Clubman is due to be at the dealers 10th December so couple of days after that we should pick it up, but he said it could be earlier.

Cant wait.

Congrats to all you guys waiting on your Clubman's... I soooo couldn't wait that long to get a car... hehe
I don't know how you do it!

The Clubman... I'm not too sure of... it might look better in the flesh from the pics that I have seen but I'm not too keen on the lights at the back... that's the only thing I don't like about it... but that new "hot chocolate" colour is simply divine!

*drools* as well as it being something different!!!

Bought ours yesterday, getting it Friday at 10am.
Had a Pepper White MC for the day, loved it. Was surprised how nippy the Cooper is compared to the old Supercharged MCS.

Again like Derek, spec'd by the Mini Garage, it was on display for 5 hours before we decided to go for it.

Part ex'd out MCS Checkmate, and went for what was affordable and practical as a new Family car.

Pepper Pack
16inch 5-star blaster alloys
Metallic Pure silver,
Black roof and C pillars
Fluid silver interior trim
White Indicator lenses (As per MCS)
Front Aero kit grill
Additional Driving lights with Black surrounds

Would of liked the sunroof, but its either wait months and spend more, or go for the available one. Sports Button is ok, but not worth it on the MC, just need to put your foot down faster!

Ill be off to the coast Friday afternoon!

Hey Darren,
congrats on your new motor, I don't suppose you have any pics of the front end do you as I wanted to get a Front Aero kit grill fitted to my Chocolate Clubman D, and the dealer wasn't sure if they fitted but they oviously do! Unless the D has a different grill setup to the petrol cooper? Happy motoring, hope to get mine next week, can't wait.

My other half saw our first one on the road yesterday here in Luxembourg, but I wasn't with her (rats). She reports it was a grey one. Interestingly enough, she felt it looked much better on the road in the open air than her initial impression in the showroom at the launch party.....

Got one of my colleagues ultra-keen on the Clubman now. His main problem is apparently choosing between the S (his preference) and the Diesel (his sensible wife's preference). After that, it's too close to call between Nightfire Red and Chili Red....it's a hard life!
