Has anyone looked into any aftermarket options for getting a Clubman painted one color? I am first on the list to get a Clubman in Cincinnati, Ohio and my only problem is the requirement to get a black or silver rear end. I'd like an entirely black or hot chocolate Clubman S. Mini has already told me it is not an option through them----but someone must be willing to paint or replace with same colored parts??? Any ideas???

I agree with your colour choice. I thought it was strange that if you specced a black body and black roof you got the silver boot surround only. They make a black surround why are they limiting their options like this? I say spray it, It can't be more expensive than spraying the plastic trim around the arches.

I thought maybe they didn't allow the all black option as it may look too much like a funeral car?

If/When I get one, I would plan on getting the bottom half of the surround sprayed body colour and the top bit round the windows left black.

The only restrictions are:
You can't have the C-Pillar in black if you choose Astro Black
You can't have the C-Pillar in silver if you choose Pure Silver

For me, the roof and C-Pillar would have to be black. Nothing else seems to work.

Or a dark body colour like BRG carried over onto the roof and black Cs? (I hope, because that's what I've ordered!)

Looks good! it's only the lighter colours that don't work on the roof 'dune' bumps to me.
