Hello! I've just ordered a new Cooper S Clubman in Dark Silver. I took a test drive yesterday and Snows Mini in Portsmouth let me have it for an hour

and I was utterly smitten. Been back today to buy one!

I finally settles on the following spec and options;
Cooper S Clubman + Chilli pack
17" Pace alloys, Bi-Xenon, fogs, auto air-con, computer, heated mirrors
Limited Slip Diff, T-ASC etc.
Dark Silver with Silver roof, Silver c-pillars and Silver bonnet stripes
Carbon Black Lounge Leather
Heated front seats and central arm rest
Dark Grey colour-line & Piano-black trim

it's very similar to the test car I took out - it looks mean... [pictures are attached]

Oooh Portsmouth Clubman owner!! Very nice, my favourate colour combo and good to see pics of our local Eastern Rd MINI garage! Hope they treated you well. I'll definitely wave if I see you on the local roads! My mini is a similar colour combo to yours! Congrats but the waiting will be a nightmare!

Oooh! Lovely! I do like the dark silver - there was one in my local showroom. Although I went for a Pepper White Clubman in the end.

Sounds like you are getting delivery around the same time as me! I hate waiting for things lol

update!!!! the wait is nearly over (nearly) - Clubman has arrived at the dealers 2 days ago and it being prepared - I'm very happy

as it's just 4 weeks since I ordered it.

However, I have a small grumble or two with the dealer
a) why do i have to wait 10 days to collect it? I can't actually collect it until 28-Dec. apparently they are "short staffed over Christmas to do the paperwork"
b) why aren't they even offering near the book price for my p/x given that i've paid full list for the car?

I guess I could sneak down there tonight an take a peek into their storage compound.
