Best Wheels for a Clubman (S)

Does anyone like the Pace wheels on the Clubman? I think they look a tad weak/puny? Do you think they look best in Crown/S-Spokes or Webspokes?

Webspokes, but then Iam biased

I used to like crown spokes but on the R56 mini they've changed them slightly, not as dished. I think webspokes add a nice bit a detail, best option I ticked Pace spokes actually look quiet chunky on the clubman but a bit plain.

17s are a must on the clubman to balance the extra bodywork IMO.

Webspokes look the part (best I've seen so far) but I prefer the original R90? split-rim wheels, not seen any clothed in these and the R99's look far too fussy.

There is a Clubman S on Mini Cherished which has the 18" JCW wheels, looks okay but a bit too bling and seems to sit very high at the back as well.

I have Webspokes on my 06 and love them. I think that they look fab and would look great on the Clubman!

I love the Pace wheels. They will be gracing my Dooper once my originals are shot.

Cool Pace look good IMHO

I've ordered Pace for my Dooper Clubman as I think the Crown S Spokes look too chunky in conjunction with the extra metal of the bodywork - felt it needed a lot more 'open space' inside the wheels to make it look a bit more spritely

I like the Pace as they are not too busy. The web spokes are OK but look like a royal pain to keep clean. I promised the wife that if she did not spend the extra $500 for the web spokes that she could upgrade later. It only took me five years to change my S-Lites, so .....

Web spokes are the best wheels!!

Ive had them on all 3 of my Cooper S

I do like the JCW split rims alot..but....the tyres dont look wide enough on them

Think the Webspokes and Pace are realy nice far too expensive though I would love to know what they really cost. For me the Pace wheels would just win if I had to choose.
I have left the standard 15s on mine I think most of the wheels introduced with the R56 are ugly so I have gone for comfort and handling although the after market 17s currently on my S may get an airing next summer.

i love web spokes, got them on my 06 jcw, but i'm soooo scared of hurting them and they're a buuger to clean and 400 quid more than pace spokes.
I'm getting pace spokes on my clubman

love the pace wheels, very easy to clean and not too fussy, but our lass likes the multi spoke types like the R108, would love to see some R105's in black though
