picking ours up on wedensday at 2pm,after waiting for 11 weeks

been to the dealer today for a sneaky look, it looks amazing

Finally picked ours up today,and I have to say it is everything we expected,and more besides!!

the colour really suits the car,and with the black roof and bonnet stripes, it looks quite brilliant!!

Reports I'd read that the diesel engine is noisey are not true, it is very quiet even at speed.

still trying to get used to all the controls for audio and computer (I'm over 21 you see

).

love the interior mood lights,and was delighted to find out it's got cruise control

,cos i specced the MFSW, and didn't realise cruise came with it!!

we've not done a hundred miles yet,but have averaged 52mpg already

.

Too dark now to take more photos,but I'll try to take some at the weekend, weather permitting

.

finally, must say thanks to the staff at Cooper Norwich, esp. Andrew Britton, for the speedy turnaround, once they had received the car.

Congratulations Mella, you sound over the moon. Did you get a little MINI box with it that is held together with velcro? I think it comes with one of the packages!

as promised, a few more pics of our Clubman. Its done nothing but rain since we picked it up on Weds,but this morning I got the chance to Supagard the paintwork, which I bought off ebay for a tenner

just finished it, and yep, it rained again

, never mind, should make cleaning easier next time.

quickly took these snaps before it rained too hard, so no exotic locations as planned!!

A dirty dog, i've been after one of those for ages - and now there is another criteria "To come at a size small enough to fit in my MINI accessory box" !

Seriously though, I didn't know what it was for thanks for shedding some light on this!

After a delay of 6 weeks we finally got our car at the end of January,excuse was that they didn't have any diesel engines to put in them!.

This is the first chance i have had to take a picture after supergarding the car.

Just taken it back to fix a few faults that developed in the first month :-

-New passenger wheel-arch lining
-Club-door glass replaced (oil under the sun protection)
-Passenger Door seal

Its going back soon to have that clubdoor glass re-done, they put in normal non-sun glass.

...apart from that, its ace

...for pretty much the same car as yours, i.e. a Mellow Yellow Cooper D R55 clubman with black roof & stripes. Now only the hardest part left - waiting 'til late June...
